KIZUNA JAPAN is seeking experienced sales partners to handle real estate brokerage for global clients (investors and residents). This is a results-based partnership for professionals with proven experience in the Japanese real estate market.
Important: Residency & Language Requirements
1. Residency: This recruitment is strictly limited to current residents of Japan. (No visa sponsorship available)
2. Language: Proficiency in Japanese (Daily Conversation/Business level, JLPT N2 equivalent or higher) is required for internal communication and administrative procedures.
End-to-end real estate brokerage services for global clients (Handling inquiries to handover).
*No cold calls or telemarketing involved.
100% Commission Based (Based on Brokerage Fees)
*Payment: Closed at the end of the transaction month / Paid on the 15th of the following month.
Location: Fully Remote (Home-based, Online, or Field site)
Hours: Flexible (Self-managed based on project needs)
Contract Type: Business Commission Contract (1-year renewal / Not an employment contract)
*Individual business expenses are to be borne by the partner.
